We have really enjoyed our Leaf Thief book this week and ended it with a wonderful Autumnal walk around the village. We looked for signs of autumn spotting the beautiful colour changes on the trees and collecting leaves for our art work. We even spotted a squirrel who some of the children thought might be collecting food to store ready to hibernate.
What a fantastic way to end our topic.
