Patterns, patterns, patterns!
We have had lots of fun so far this week in Maths, exploring 3d shapes and patterns. The children have shown that they can all recognise repeated patterns and have been very creative making in their own. Take a look at our fabulous repeated patterns. Great work everyone!
Fabulous Phonics
This week in Class 1 we have been perfecting our skills when reading and writing the ‘air’ and ‘ear’ trigraphs. The children have been fantastic at reading the words, writing lists and then using them in sentences. Well done Class 1!
Super scientists make boats
This week our super scientists in Class 1 used their knowledge of materials to build boats. We then tested them to see how many cubes they would hold.
