Reception have had a busy week of learning! They’ve enjoyed so many fun lessons from music to science, and not forgetting handwriting practise! Another incredible week! Well done children.

The children in Year 1 have been learning about the spelling patterns for the ‘ow’ sound. They were able to use their phonic knowledge to write a selection of words containing the sound. Well done Year 1!

The children in Year 1 had a fabulous RE lesson with Miss Jennings this afternoon. They have been learning all about ‘What do Muslims believe?’

Reception have had another busy week in class 1! This week they have been exploring the topic of winter and deepening their understanding of the numbers up to five. Lots of fun!

We have had lots of fun this afternoon in our music lesson. The children really got ‘into the groove’ by finding the pulse in different pieces of music.
