If you wish to take your holiday away during term time you are required to complete a form. Please submit this to the office at least 4 weeks before the proposed leave date.
If your child is required to have medicine four times a day, we are able to admister a lunch time dose whilst they are at school. Please complete the form below and return to the school office along with the medicine, in its origianl packet and clearly labelled.
