Chocolate Dissection

For our first science lesson we were dissecting chocolate. 
Our new unit is all about rocks - we dissected the chocolate and tried to match the structure and properties of different chocolates to rock samples. The children used scientific vocabulary to compare and obviously had a taste at the end. 
What fantastic learning!
