Stubby Leas Nursing Home Carol Singing

St Peter's Christmas carol service
Thank you to the children and parents who gave up their Sunday evening to take part in St Peter's service. They read a poem and sang beautifully. We all left feeling very Christmassy.

Kindness box
In breakfast club the children create and decorated a kindness box. Some of the children went around the classrooms and gave everybody a kindness mission, including the teachers. The kindness box will be in reception if anybody fancies a kindness challenge of their own!

Girls Football

Remembrance Day
The Children at The Howard showed their respect to all those who have lost their lives in conflicts around the World. We held an assembly where the children were taught about the important act of remembrance and to conclude we held a 2 minute silence.
Themed day fun
Everyone had a great themed day to finish off the this brilliant half term! Reception class had a day dressed as superheroes (fictional and real), class 2 were pirates for the day to finish their learning on this topic and key stage 2 were Rockstars for a day of multiplication fun! You all looked…
PTA- Autumn festival
Our wonderful PTA put together an amazing Autumn festival for our school. Wand making, pumpkin decorating, crafts, camp fires and a disco, were just a few on the many fabulous activities set up for our children. Thank you all for such a wonderful event.

We’ve been getting into character this morning with a number hunt followed by a rockstar dance party in breakfast club this morning. We are all super excited
