Class 2's Trip to the Regimental Museum

Class 2 had an amazing day at the Staffordshire Regimental Museum. We especially enjoyed exploring the trenches and seeing what life would have been like as a World War 1 soldier. We are now inspired to write about life in the trenches and can empathise with those poor soldiers.

Thea- 'I really like exploring the trenches to feel what it would be like'.

Tristan- 'The trip was really good'

Daisy- 'It was dirty in the trenches but I liked finding out why the used them'

AH- 'I liked learning about the trucks'

Imogen- 'I enjoyed the trip but I didn't like the sounds in the trenches- it was scary.'

Billy- 'I enjoyed it. I love the gun sounds and the trenches were really realistic.'
