Well done to class 3 who entertained the crowd with a version of The Greatest Showman. It was amazing to see the confidence the children displayed while singing and acting.
Cookery Club Week 5
A fantastic fifth week in cookery club! This week we tried out our knife skills prepping veg and cutting pastry to make savoury swirls. They smelt delicious- we hope you like them!
Rice Crispies Pollination
This afternoon we have investigated the process of pollination. We used rice crispies as the pollen which then travelled to the other children who were our flowers. We love our practical science.

Which materials are opaque and which materials are transparent?
Key stage 1 have explored the meanings of opaque and transparent. They were set a challenge from NASA to find the best material for curtains to block out the sun on their next space mission. What fun we had exploring this question!
Shapes, shapes, shapes!
Reception have had a super week exploring 2D shapes. They have identified the number of sides of common 2D shapes, explored shapes that have been rotated and applied their knowledge to make tangram pictures. Fabulous work!
