Traditional tales

Reception have had surprise visitors in the classroom over the past two weeks. Last Monday they arrived to find a gingerbread man had ran away! They then had lots of fun exploring the traditional tale through reading the story, acting it out, making gingerbread men, decorating them and of course, eating them. This week they arrived on Monday morning to find bricks, wood and hay! The big, bad wolf also popped by to show the, how he huffs and puffs. The rest of the week has been lots of fun exploring the story and experimenting with blowing different objects like the big, bad wolf.  What will next week bring?
